This product is a cast iron pump housing with a 90° outlet for agricultural machinery. The body is made by one-piece sand casting from high-strength nodular cast iron. The base is made with widening and thickening, and mounting bosses are provided for precise positioning. The design includes a one-piece body with a transition channel at 90°. Model markings are cast on the outer surface for easy sorting and selection.
The casting is subjected to heat treatment - annealing to relieve internal stresses. The structure of the metal is dense and homogeneous, without shrinkage looseness, cracks, gas holes and other defects that affect the tightness. The product has high vibration resistance, resistance to corrosion when exposed to dirt and moisture, as well as excellent resistance to pressure and wear, which allows it to be used in field conditions under variable loads.
This unit is used in irrigation pumps, fertilizer pumps, sprayers and other equipment for transporting liquids. The housing serves as a rotating element of the pipeline operating under pressure. During further machining (boring, threading, grinding of sealing surfaces), an impeller and seals are installed into it. The product is a key guiding and supporting element of water and fertilizer supply systems in agricultural machinery. Suitable for large-scale production and assembly of agricultural machinery.
