This groove mechanical tee is a fitting for a branch with a groove outlet, mounted on a finished pipeline without cutting it. Unlike a threaded mechanical tee, this type allows you to connect a branch directly through a groove coupling to a pipe without the use of threaded adapters. Installation does not require cutting the main pipe - it is enough to make an exact hole in the wall of the galvanized pipe, secure the tee using clamps that tightly enclose the pipe, and ensure the tightness of the drilling site using a built-in specially shaped O-ring.
The tee body is made by one-piece casting, which ensures uniform load distribution. The product is designed for operating pressure up to 2.5 MPa, which meets the requirements of fire extinguishing systems. The full epoxy coating protects against moisture and corrosion, allowing the tee to be used in a wide range of environments - indoors, outdoors and underground. The main advantage is the ability to quickly install a branch without welding, which significantly reduces the cost of reconstructing fire extinguishing systems in existing buildings and expanding water supply and sewerage networks.
