This groove adapter is a key fitting for changing the diameter and branching in fire extinguishing, water supply and drainage piping systems. The product is manufactured by one-piece sand casting with high precision. The connection is made using groove couplings, which completely eliminates the need for welding and significantly reduces installation time on site. The grooves on all ends are processed by CNC milling machines, the depth and geometry of the grooves strictly comply with national standards, which ensures tight adhesion to galvanized steel pipes and high stability under operating pressure.
The body is made of QT450-12 high-strength nodular cast iron, which guarantees resistance to tearing and high pressure. O-rings are made from specialized rubber compounds and are selected depending on the environment: for fire extinguishing - from ethylene-propylene rubber, for drinking water - from food-grade silicone. The entire surface of the fittings is coated by electrostatic spraying with epoxy powder, which provides anti-corrosion protection and water resistance, the coating is resistant to peeling and rust both when installed underground and in conditions of high humidity.
The products are widely used in fire extinguishing systems of high-rise buildings, in industrial water supply and sewerage systems, in the modernization of heating systems, as well as in the reconstruction and expansion of urban water supply networks. The fittings are fully compatible with galvanized steel pipes according to national standards.
