Product Description
The ZSXDF Alarm Fire Butterfly Valve is a specialized control valve designed exclusively for fire piping systems. It provides accurate and clear feedback on the opening/closing position of the valve, clearly and reliably displays the operating mode of the fire main, allowing maintenance personnel to monitor the patency of pipelines in real time, therefore it is widely used in the water supply fire systems of any buildings. The signal module is integrated on top of the worm gear drive and has a direct mechanical connection with the valve stem, force transmission occurs without errors and time delays All equipment has a completely sealed protective case, inside which a mechanical opening degree indicator, imported electrical components and precision parts with anti-corrosion protection are installed. High protective characteristics allow the valve to be installed in damp and dusty pipe shafts.
When the gate is opened or closed, the electrical signal unit simultaneously generates a stable switching signal, which is transmitted to the fire control station in real time. The signal transmission remains accurate throughout the entire service life, the operation of the equipment is stable and reliable. The product has a compact structure, easy operation and high degree of protection, combines two functions: visual mechanical position indication and electrical feedback signaling. This is the main specialized valve that regulates the supply of water to sprinkler networks and fire hydrant lines.
