Our enterprise has a complete and standardized technological cycle for manufacturing products, all operations are sequentially interconnected. First, the raw materials are loaded into a melting furnace for melting, after complete melting, liquid cast iron is obtained. Next, the hot liquid cast iron is poured into special molds for molding, after removal from the mold, primary blanks, the so-called ferrous products, are obtained.
After completion of molding, the black blanks are subjected to shot blasting, then a careful selection of products is carried out with the removal of defective specimens. Good blanks are sequentially delivered to the workshop for turning and threading, which makes it possible to bring the parameters and details of the products to the required standards. Upon completion of all mechanical operations, a one-time painting of the surfaces is performed. Finally, the finished products are sorted and packed into boxes, and after checking compliance, shipment is made. The entire technological process runs stably, which guarantees timely delivery of goods.
