ESFR early suppression sprinkler (ZSTDY) is a specialized sprinkler designed for warehouse facilities with high fire hazard. It has two main advantages: an ultra-fast thermal reaction and a large consumption of water for extinguishing. The ultra-sensitive heat-sensitive element instantly reacts to the increase in temperature at the very initial stage of the fire and starts the water supply. The combination of fast response and high water flow eliminates the limitations of standard sprinklers in containing flames. For warehouses with high stacks and an increased load of flammable materials, the sprinkler begins extinguishing the fire at an early stage, before the flame has spread, the water flow effectively breaks through the rising hot air currents directly to the source of ignition, quickly containing and eliminating the flame. Compared with conventional sprinklers, the suppression efficiency of the source is higher, the development of a large fire is excluded, water consumption and material losses from burning and flooding of goods are significantly reduced. Specially designed for high-rise rack warehouses, multi-storey warehouses, storage areas for high-risk materials, it is a key element of automatic water fire extinguishing systems for high-risk industrial facilities.
