This 45° groove elbow is a key fitting for smoothly changing pipeline direction. Thanks to its 45° bend design, it allows you to gently change the pipe laying path, providing less hydraulic resistance compared to a 90° bend, which effectively reduces water transportation losses. Widely used in fire extinguishing systems, civil water supply and drainage systems, as well as industrial circulation systems.
The grooves on both ends of the product are CNC machined with high precision in depth and width. Installation is carried out using standard groove couplings without the need for welding or threading, which greatly simplifies work in cramped conditions and at heights. The body is cast using a solid casting method, the wall thickness is uniform throughout the entire arc, local thinning is excluded. The product is coated with an epoxy anti-corrosion coating, which provides long-term protection against rust both in wet areas and when installed underground.
The range covers all diameters of grooved steel pipes and is fully compatible with galvanized pipes according to national standards. The bend is the optimal choice for adjusting the direction of pipelines, bypassing columns and beams, and also for optimizing the routing of utility networks.
