This product is a cast iron front axle end housing for agricultural machinery. The body is made by one-piece sand casting from high-strength nodular cast iron. The design is highly durable and massive. The outer surface is treated with a basic anti-corrosion coating - black paint. The central part has a precise cavity for installing bearings. There are mounting tabs and mounting lugs on the side to provide a precise base for bolting and positioning during assembly.
The casting is subjected to heat treatment - annealing to relieve internal stresses. The structure of the metal is dense and homogeneous, without gas holes, cracks and other defects. The product is highly resistant to shock loads when working in field conditions, as well as excellent wear resistance and pressure resistance, which allows it to be used in harsh conditions of long-term operation of agricultural machinery.
