The ZSFY pre-action device is a combined fire-fighting equipment that combines fire detection and automatic water fire extinguishing technologies, providing double protection of the protected area: early warning and sprinkler extinguishing. The product combines the advantages of wet and dry systems: in the absence of a fire, the pipeline on the side of the sprinklers is filled with low-pressure compressed air, no water enters the main line, which completely eliminates freezing and rupture of pipes, spontaneous fluid leaks.
Fire sensors pre-monitor the area, after confirming the fire signal, the pre-action valve opens and fills the pipeline with water; after the destruction of the sprinkler from heating, the supply of water for extinguishing begins, eliminating material losses from false watering. High versatility allows the equipment to be used both in cold regions with the risk of freezing in winter, and in areas with elevated temperatures, eliminating the main disadvantage of wet systems - inoperability at low temperatures.
