The groove flange (adapter flange) is a key connecting element for mating groove steel pipes with flanged fittings - valves, pumps, flange fittings. One end of the product is made for a groove for connection with a pipe through a groove coupling, the other is equipped with a standard flange with bolt holes, which ensures reliable joining of the groove pipeline with flanged equipment. The holes on the flange part are located strictly according to standards, which guarantees an exact match with the counter fittings and simplifies installation work. The design completely eliminates the need to weld the flange to the pipe, which significantly reduces the cost of hot work and increases installation safety.
The plane of the flange is reinforced with stiffening ribs, which increases its bending strength and pressure resistance, preventing deformation and leaks during operation. The entire external surface is coated with epoxy powder by electrostatic spraying, providing moisture resistance and anti-corrosion protection. The flange is designed for long-term operation in difficult conditions, including pumping stations, underground sewers and external water supply and wastewater networks.
The model range covers all standard sizes compatible with galvanized steel pipes according to state standards. The product is widely used for connecting pumping units in fire stations, for connecting shut-off valves in municipal water supply and wastewater systems, as well as for modernizing industrial pipelines.
