This 90° groove bend is a key fitting for changing the direction of the pipeline at right angles and is the most popular element when laying fire extinguishing, water supply and drainage systems. The grooves on both ends of the product are CNC machined, the depth and width of the grooves are precisely sized to ensure a tight grip on couplings and galvanized steel pipes. Installation does not require welding or threading, significantly reducing on-site installation time.
The internal drainage cavity has a smooth transition, which provides low hydraulic resistance and effectively reduces losses during water transportation. The body is made by one-piece casting, the wall thickness is uniform throughout the entire arc, local thinning is excluded. Full epoxy coating provides long-term protection against rust and corrosion in both wet indoor and underground applications. The model range covers all standard sizes of steel pipes according to national standards and is fully compatible with galvanized groove pipes. The bend is widely used for turning main pipelines in high-rise buildings, for changing the direction of pipes in industrial water supply and wastewater systems, as well as for laying urban utility networks.
