This series of rigid groove couplings XGQT is presented in a full range of sizes: DN50–DN250 (pipe outer diameter 60–273 mm), including the popular standard sizes DN50, DN65, DN80, DN100, DN150, DN200. The couplings are available in two pressure classes: 1.6 MPa and 2.5 MPa. Compatible with groove elbows, tees and adapters of the same series; designed for galvanized steel pipes of fire-fighting water supply systems and utility and drinking pipelines. The body is made of high-strength nodular cast iron QT450-12 according to the current national standard GB5135.11-2025 and the American standard ASTM-A536. There are two types of O-rings: ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM) for fire protection systems and food grade silicone rubber for drinking water pipes, which meets the requirements of ISO6182 and GB/T17219. Fasteners – bolts and nuts made of 45# or 40Cr steel, strength class 8.8, hot-dip galvanized, manufactured according to state standards for fasteners. The outer coating is electrostatic spraying with epoxy powder with high-temperature polymerization, ensures environmental friendliness and anti-corrosion resistance, suitable for drinking water systems and fire-fighting systems. Outdated national standards for powder coatings have been replaced by current editions.
Packing is carried out in accordance with GB/T191. For small and medium diameters, corrugated cardboard containers are used, for large ones - packaging in rolls with strapping. Reliable protection during transportation and storage is provided.
Being a key connecting element of groove pipelines, the coupling does not require welding and is characterized by quick and convenient installation. Widely used in high-rise fire sprinkler systems, municipal water and sewer systems, heating and ventilation circulation systems, and industrial piping for transporting liquids at normal temperatures. Model ZSFM Deluge Alarm Valve
