In the “Strategy for Energy Development until 2035,” the Government of the Russian Federation provided for the allocation of about 3.8 trillion rubles for the modernization of oil and gas infrastructure in the period 2025–2030. In the gas industry, it is planned to replace more than 12 thousand km of high-pressure main pipelines, and a comprehensive modernization of oil and petroleum product communications will also be carried out.
Comb fittings are widely used in oil and gas field assembly pipelines, oil refinery process lines, and fire extinguishing systems. Unlike welded joints, a comb joint does not require hot work, which significantly increases the safety of installation operations, especially at explosive and fire-hazardous oil and gas facilities. According to industry forecasts, the average annual growth in demand for comb fittings from the Russian oil and gas industry will be 9% in the next five years, this factor will be a key driver of market growth.
